Vaguely Familiar

Ever have one of those days where you just wanna slash your wrists? Well this whole week has been a slasher. It all starts when your friend was supposed to meet up and give you a ride somewhere. Of course they didn’t show and have you waiting for 4 hours before you give up and go to lunch in the late afternoon. Not even a call or the balls to apologize. Great. Then your friends don’t return your calls. Sure they’re wrapped up in their own world, but they’ll be the first one’s who’ll get in touch once they’re good and ready; when they hit a speed bump. People’s “what have you done for me lately” attitudes can just suck uh f*ck. That’s not how I roll.

Then songs start sounding the same because you’re in some sort of melancholy funk. Then it literally happened to me, the songs were the same. I listened then I realized all you need is yourself.
