Thanks to er, Freddie Mercury, for posting this in the comments on Monday. Director Tristan Allen did a really fantastic job of capturing the mood of To Kill A Petty Bourgeoisie’s “The Man With The Shovel, Is The Man I’m Going To Marry.” Haunting and gripping, just like the song.
It reminds me a bit of the video for Slowdive’s “Alison” that shows handheld video footage of party revelers minus the scenes showing them all stabbed or suffocated. Halloween is just around the corner, so who couldn’t use a little gore? It’s literally “the death of a party.”
