I was pretty dead tired from being out of town as I rushed to Union Pool for one of my favs The Cribs on Sunday night. After missing their show at the Bowery Ballroom last Thursday, I knew I had to check out their last show touring stateside for the new Men’s Needs, Women’s Needs, Whatever album. It turned out to be one of the most festive and ruckus sing-a-long inducing shows I’ve been to in NYC in awhile. The Jarman brothers’ riled-up set started with the blazers “Our Bovine Public” and “Mirror Kisses”, then ended with my favorite anthem of theirs “The Wrong Way to Be”. I can’t believe there was even crowd surfing at the small as sh*t venue. It was great!
More awesome pics and video taken by Punkphoto, who must of been in front of me.
