As most of you may have already heard, the club synonymous with punk and underground music, CBGB’s, is set to close its doors for good on Septeber 30th. However, the venue isn’t going to go quietly, there are some great shows planned at the club over the next month or so including tonight’s brought to you by the good people at Gothamist and Product Shop NYC. The lineup includes Tiny Masters of Today, Slowlands, The Diggs and a couple of surprises yet to be announced. Tickets are just $7.
In other Diggs news, a couple of reliable sources informed me that Tim (of The Diggs) is going to be joining Cassettes Won’t Listen on stage at this week’s FRICTION show for the remix of “Everyone’s Starting Over.” Should be pretty sweet!
